I went shopping! Couldn't find any of those mouth type traps but I got more wood ones, some sticky ones an some newer plastic ones.

I had a spare 100 foot Ethernet cable so all the cameras are up an running again.... I'm out of spares now though.

That's a mine field for him now. Surely he can find something in there that meets his taste. Might want to get a RJ 45 crimper with some spare connectors. Spare Ethernet cables won't be a problem. Lowes had a set for around $20.

Will do next time I'm around Lowes. I got about 500 feet run threw the house right now. Stuffs starting to add up $.

I have several traps outside the incubator an around the house too. Found one drowned in a planter this morning an caught one in a wood trap bated with melted marshmallow behind the incubator. Probably a couple million to go...

I read something on here about fire ant posion and pepsi, not sure if it works but I would sure give it a try. Good luck they are nasty destructive critters. Get a snake! I have a kingsnake want me to send you some of the skin he sheds. I put it around the coop to deture other snakes and critters. It has worked so far.
BTW I have 2 pips and dum da da dum a big fat nothing. One pipped at 9 the other at 930 I can hear them in there but nothing. The second one pipped in the middle of the egg that worries me. I do not think it should be pipping there.

I need a good cat. Frankie tries to be a mouser but pugs just ain't built for it. No poison because my pugs eat any rat they can catch which is usually dead. That's life in an old house. Lots of holes an lots of animal feed equal lots of mice an rats.

I think your still good they are just making you wait for dramatic effect.

With all this drama they better be girls. No just long as they live I will be happy. Tonight I will surely have to take a xanax. I just did not want to sleep through it but at this point I may be better off. I use the plastic trap from wal mart so much easier to set, and if I get my own finger snapped in those I would have to be on something.

Duh the old wooden snap one's are so 1980's. Hurt didn't it!

Get the new white plastic set with one finger traps. 3 pips but 2 pipped not at the top kinda the top of the middle? I don't think that is good. I marked the air sack when candling and they pipped no where near the air sack. It was so much easier watching your hatch.

First they internally pip in to the air sack then they pip the shell. If they piped the shell then they are breathing good an probably going to hatch as long as your humidity is up. Don't think it really matter where they pip the shell because by then the air sack is ruptured an mixing with the rest of the egg.
