Hatching with a hen

I have three broody hens (2 silkies 1 americauna) and I am going to let them hatch eggs soon.

I was wondering can I let the hens hatch eggs together, or should I separate them? Also, once the chicks have hatched should I give them medicated chick starter, even though the mother hen is there?

Separate the Hens, each with their own nest. If you don't one will steal all the eggs. It's best if each is in it's own pen also. Hens that are in the same pen sometimes climb into the wrong nest & her eggs might get to cold.
You don't need Medicated starter when chicks are raised by a Hen.
