Hatchling born with half a wing

I just had a chick born with half a right wing. It's a first for me. Does it happen often?

Hatch enough and you'll see all kinds of deformities. A year or two ago I hatched a chick with 3 legs. The middle one didn't work but had at least 5 toes and grew out it rear.
