What is the difference between Ameraucana, Araucana, and Easter Eggers? Or is EE a title for both?

Here's how I understand it.

Araucana's are the original breed (and only lay blue eggs), but they carry a lethal gene when breeding. So Ameraucana's were created to get away from the lethal gene. EE is a mixed breed with some Araucana or Ameraucana history in them, often laying blue or green eggs. (although the can lay any color egg) All hatcheries sell EE's as Ameraucana's.
