Have a real dark egg anyone have suggestions?

So for the second day in a row I wish I could post video from my phone. I water candled the goose eggs before lockdown this evening.

The results of that water candling 4 out of 4 goose eggs going into lockdown weeble wiggle wobble. :) SO I filled up all the water channels I added a piece of sponge, I laid down a couple wet napkins covered it with rubber liner and we go into lockdown.

Fingers crossed in 3 days I should have goslings......

Can't wait to see the geese! How are they getting along now? Duck eggs, from what I can tell on my phone, look pretty good to me! Is the pointy end getting full too?

Yes the pointy end seems to be getting full too and each egg has movement during candling. One of the eggs looks kinda different in the center of it.

I took note of it because none of the other eggs looked like this.

I can't wait to see these goslings either. I have been reading different conflicting things on the humidity part in the goose threads and I am sure that's in part of wet bulb. Which I do not have. I have two hygrometers in there one reads 77 the other is reading 81 I will take it in between the two of them. There is no pips on the eggs just yet but, one of them always has to be first right?

And my goodness does that candling light get hot. Holy cow!

I have my numbered goose eggs,
#1 bottom left moving
#2 top left ??
#4 bottom right ??
#5 pipped

I saw in a post that after the initial external pip it can take from 6-72 hours for the gosling to finish the job & hatch.... Oy Vey! We are back at that wait wait waitttt and wait some more thing. Lol

I just hope the humidity is right in there. Ugh
