Have a sick hen, no energy and clear liguid coming out vent

I noticed a hen kinda off by herself today. Not much energy either. about 6 months old and she is a red star of rir, I am not sure. When I pick her up clear liquid (diarrhea?) comes out her vent. What may be the problem?

Does the liquid smell? Does the skin around the vent look red/irritated?

If she is holding her tail down and appears uncomfortable, she may be eggbound. Of course, this is not conclusive...

She is all well today. I think she was egg bound. She was outside laying most of the day then I found a pretty big egg outside. She seems to be fine now. I have an idea now what to look for when it happens again. Thanks

whew! what a releif..Just has a long hard delivery, i guess...Was it her 1st. egg?

I dont know if its her first egg. I cant tell them all apart yet. The wife has three named cause they are the only ones of their breed we have. I need to tag them so I can tell them all apart.
