Have duck with strange aliment

I have a mallard duckling that is about fifteen days old who has lost all his claws and has big scaly peeling scabs all over his feet and legs. He acts unaffected by this as he gets around as well as ever though he his smaller then my runners of the same age. Seems to be the only one affected by this so I am thinking it has something to do with the individual duck. Does any one have any ideas?
