Have i got girls or boys

Hi all i have to 2 beautiful silkies i got them both quite young same breeder different clutch ...i got fomo at 1 week old in march this year now green and 2 weeks later i got nugget. nugget was totaly bald on the neck :/ both around 4 to 5 months but i have noooo clue what sex then are i thought girls till i noticed that nugget had waddle looking things and a nut on its beak im new to the back yard chook hobby and they are such great pets

The buff bird appears to be a cockerel, but silkies are tricky to gender ID.
