Have Some Questions About Editing Pages.

I just got my page set up, after almost a year... LOL. So, how do I re-name a page, and make another one my default? Thank you.

eta... I deleted and re-made the page and not even one of the pictures are showing.

I worked on that for 2 hours last night.
