Thanks My family is having a get together tomorrow and my grandmother asked us to roast a chicken, so I suppose I'm roasting him! We usually stick some butter, onion, and a carrot in the cavity for moisture, maybe some extra butter since there's not much fat on him.I think you made the right decision so I’ll just say good. I’m glad it was easier than expected.
To me pretty is not a criteria. A good meal is. How do you plan to cook him?
