This morning I called, to my mother who has been visiting, "Here it comes!". She came into the living room and asked, "Here WHAT comes??"

I said, "The sun. I never get tired of seeing it come over that mountain!"

Yes, I have been up before the day, it is so silent, and then things being to stir, first one lone bird then another, pretty soon it's an explosion of bird song!!

Thank you for reminding me that there is beauty in the dawn of the day.
Tomorrow I shall take my coffee to the coop. The hens and I will greet the day together.
( it is the only place I can be alone anymore )
