Hi, I know this is 9 years ago.
We have 2 hy line hens and both ate a screw each 3 days ago when 2 screws came out from their house. 1 seems fine but the other not really struggles to eat even when we offer her small worms. She's not as active she did lay an egg today none yesterday. I picked her up to see if we could feel it I didn't push hard as I didn't want to make it worse but I can't find it. I have 2 children and my youngest has disabilities and it's his h2n they are inseparable they adore each other. I can't afford a vet as hubby has cancer so anyone have any suggestions or is there definitely no help? Thanks heaps
