Im not letting her jump around, I was in the bed and she was in the room with my 20 yr old daughter. she jumped out of the bed before she could grab her. today she is not doing so well. she is crying ( whinning) and panting alot if no better she goes back to the vet tomorrow. we already called him today.

we had to take cookie back to the vet yesterday. he said it is just her nerves from seperation anziaty( cant spell) anyway he put her on nerve pills . he said she looked great and is a spoild brat. she messed all over them and me . I went home smelling like dog poop. she is not use to being around anyone but us, and I do have her spoiled. she yipped and cried as soon as they touched her.she is a brat, she is not use to going places just staying at home. I believe I need the dog whisper's help.

you can give then a small amount of benadryl....check with your vet on dosage.....I gave benadryl to my boxer when he broke his leg because he was a maniac and I could not get him to calm down....dragging that cast all over my house ...

I got the nerve pills he said to give 1/2 tablet 2x a day but my goodness it knocked her out and when she did wake up last night she staggared around like she was drunk I believe I will only give her 1/4 cause I don't want her to sleep all the time. I know she needs rest but that was too much. she is healing very well. and she does not act like that unless we take her to the vet. she hates them and is so afraid. she is my baby. I treat them like they are anyway. I really don't think I could handle it if something happened to them . none of my animals dogs, cats and chickens
