Can you place her in a small wire dog crate inside the coop or brooder with food and water. Keep her with the others wherever they go during the day, so they get used to her again. I would also continure the time together as well.

Our coop is too small to fit the brooder or a crate but we will try to do something to accommodate. Thanks eggcessive! I really appreciate your advice

After several supervised visits Persephone is back in the coop! She is still rather timid but she isnt getting picked on and her neck wound is healed up. Her wing is still a little tender and she doesnt want to fly but she is getting better!
That is good to hear that she is back with her flock. Thank you for the update.
