Hawk Problems

Should i call the fish and game? I don't know if they give permits to kill birds of prey, or are able to relocate the hawk to another area.

Would Getting a Guniea help keep away hawks? I heard that this might keep them away. Also is it illegal to capure hawks and move them to another state?

guineas are good at alerting others to predators, but wont keep hawks away, they are more like an alarm
and you can do nothing to the hawks, you would have to contact your local fish and game to do anything, and more than likely they will tell you what i have already said
but it would not hurt to contact them to see if they have any other ideas that pertain to your local hawks that may work better
