Here is the final tally: Out of 21 eggs sent, 13 fully developed. And out of those 13 we have..... TWELVE LIVE CHICKIES!!!! One of the twelve is a Charlotte baby who is still in the shell, hasn't pipped the airsac yet, and isn't moving as frequently. I think that we may lose this one, but am still hoping for the best! We did lose a Kate baby, which hatched, but had a crossbeak and a severely rough navel. For the rest, we have some Sunny babies, a Charlotte baby, some pure BRs, I believe a Caroline baby or two, and I am not sure about the rest. I was not home for some of the hatch, and am not sure if the info was written down in my absence. It is seemingly impossible to get good pics of the lot, but I will try again here pretty quick. I work tonight, and wont be home again until tomorrow afternoon, so you may expect pics by Saturday night. I just thought I would ease your minds, even though I cannot satisfy your craving for pics yet. So Jordan, how many do you want? I believe that there is enough to go around.
