Hayley or Harry ?

Any ideas on my 10 day old barred rock x and Rhode Island Red x I think he is a rooster ... he chest pumps and stands like a Roo. Neither have any tail feathers. Dark feet on the barred rock... any ideas?

I would say they're way too young to know for sure. 7 weeks is a better time.

Way to young to even guess. A lot of people post pictures assuming that since were experienced, we can know the gender when the chicks are young, but really we aren't much better at this then you. We just know what to look at.

Too young to tell for sure. You could try observing their behaviors and guessing. When my rooster was a chick he was always the bossier one of the bunch, and his personality just seemed a bit off compared to the hens.
