I'm thinking Sussex as we'll. The previous owner called them Suffolk but we didn't find anything when searching.Was close enough to find images of Sussex though and that's what they look like the most.

Bent the wire out at the bottom as recommended and covered with dirt.
I can get the chickens to go in the new coop when I feed in there but they won't at roosting time. They are still laying and roosting in the small chicken tractor but when the run gets built I plan to feed in there and close the gate then get rid of the tractor. Any suggestions on moving them in? Lock them in for a couple of days?
