Wow, he is quite the rooster! That is a lot of wattle and comb development at such a young age. How many weeks old is he? He looks to be on the younger side from the pic as there is still a lot of down around the head and his face still has the more rounded out baby look. If he is that full of red comb and wattle at 3 weeks-ish old I would call him not only a roo, but a MEGA- roo!
