Many of my silkies produce outstanding female offspring, while the roosters they produce are nice, they are not as nice as the females turn out to be later. So I would say that I have female lines. Plus, I have the added benefit of hatching out more females than males usually.

Like others have said his type isnt that good. I dont know what they could mean as far as a pullet line goes, maybe because he shows some lacing in the wing bow? If I was at home I would upload the pic of my bantam SLW rooster. But always remember, type first color later. I would say that rooster you have is about 3 years old or so just by looking at those pics.

I would assume that the "pullet breeder" means that he was either produced from the female line or was a breeding bird for a female and is a cull from that side.


He looks to have a bunny tail, and you need to take care of the scaley leg mite condition he has going on.

he doesn't really got good Wyandotte type

Theirs a thread here where someone ask the same about their bird flyingmonkey post a website that shows what type Wyandottes should be.

He's not a "pullet breeder", he's not an anything breeder, he's a cull. His problem isn't condition although he is alittle rough. His colour is terrible & his type is worse. There is nothing to be gained from using this bird for breeding except the likely production of more inferior birds.
It bugs me when I see something like this. Someone took advantage of someone who didn't know what they were buying. This is why I always advise people to learn the breed before you buy. Then no one can sell you junk.
