I think the partridge is definitely a hen I can tell by her stance and she isn’t cocky when I pick her up like one of the RoosGender of none of the birds is evident at this point.
I can tell my her stance when you pick her up she don’t make no noise at all and is more gently but when you pick up a roo that is bulkier and bigger he squats a lot and is fiesty also by looking at their beak I have always done that and it came out rightToo young. How do you know the partridge is a hen?
None of those are at all accurate ways to tell gender.I can tell my her stance when you pick her up she don’t make no noise at all and is more gently but when you pick up a roo that is bulkier and bigger he squats a lot and is fiesty also by looking at their beak I have always done that and it came out right
Yeah…nope.I think the partridge is definitely a hen I can tell by her stance and she isn’t cocky when I pick her up like one of the Roos
Well it worked for all these years sooo… we all have our own opinionsNone of those are at all accurate ways to tell gender.
Yes that’s defiantly a good one the partridge is older then the other 3 shes over a monthTBH, I would wait until week 3-4 and check out the combs and (potential) wattles. Anything prior to that would be a pure guess on my part.
