My baby silkie had to be separated from the rest of the baby's no he's lonely..if he's cold I don't think what do the heat lamp is already to close to him.he wants me to just hold him. He's so cute

If he gets quiet when you hold him, but does not seem to be in any distress otherwise, you may need to put him with the others and ignore the cries. He may be imprinted on you and you may need to break this.
 
The problem with removing a chick from the rest is that they very quickly get used to having it gone, and when you try to return it, they may likely reject i as an outsider. So this is probably why they stomped it.

Try to return both chicks to the others as soon as you can. Re-introducing chicks is a real hassle and separating a chick should only be done if it has a severe injury that the others are making worse.
