Head pecking wound on 9 week old silky

I found one of my nine week old Silkie chicks yesterday with a pretty severe head wound from pecking during the night. I’ve tried treating her with some stuff I found at tractor supply, but it doesn’t seem to be getting much better and she’s pretty lethargic and I can’t get her to eat.

Can you wash it off, & get a better picture of the wound with full details?

What is that blue goop?

I washed it off with the spray stuff and then put the blue goop on there to help keep it moist and promote healing at least I thought. She seems a little bit better today than she was yesterday but she’s still not eating

I have her in a wire dog crate with food and water at the moment

That stuff should help, actually.

Usually all I use is plain old Triple Antibiotic Ointment for these wounds.
