Head trauma HELP!!!

So my chicken girls has made it so far not sure how long to keep up with the saline rinse and antibiotic creamshe still has some open wounds so I will keep up with that looks maybe missing one eye she finally opened one eye so at least she is eating and drinking I was hand feeding her as much as I could not sure if we are out of the woods yet but at least she is making progress. I am going to try and let her have a few minutes outside time in the yard she has been in my bathroom for a week now. I did not want her to get an infection from the bugs. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for her this is the first time having a sick injured chicken.only had chicken 1 year.

Glad to hear she's still hanging in there.

Can you get updated photos of her eyes and wounds now?

Getting her outside for some fresh air and sunshine sounds like a great idea.

Were you never able to get the eye open on the right side?
In your photo from over a week ago, I would have said the eye was intact. It still may be, but you will need to get it open to be able to tell.

Apply warm saline compresses to the eye, then gently see if you can work it open. The ointment (Terramycin or Original Neosporin) should be put IN the eye at least once daily after cleaning the eye with saline.

The head wounds look to be healing, just continue doing what you have been.
These injuries take time to heal, it's only been 11 days since your first post, I assume that's the day she was injured. She's making progress.
Work on her eating/drinking.
