Healthy chick hatched, membrane glued to back

I had a chick hatch last night, its running around and healthy. However there is a piece of its membrane glued to its shoulder and back. It appears to be stuck to the skin.
I have just pulled it from the incubator and put some warm coconut oil on it in hopes to re-hydrate the membrane piece and help it peel off. However it doesn't appear to have worked.
Anyone have any tips on how to unstick this membrane?

I just left mine alone and it eventually fell off. Not sure if that’s what others have done too or if they have a method to remove it.

X2 I will just leave it. It will come off eventually.

I have used, very gently, a washcloth dipped in warm (about 100 degree) water to (did I mention VERY gently) dampen and brush it off, as the membrane covered all the back and part of one wing (assisted hatching). Bird still lost a bit of fluff, but at three weeks, there was no signs of the early efforts to clean it up some. You'd never be able to tell.

I will typically leave it, if it's still stuck on there after 2 weeks, I will use warm water on a towel to attempt to loosen it up. It happens to mainly my silkies, but usually it'll disappear after a while.

I agree with U_Stormcrow. If you’re determined to get it off, make it damp first. A teacher at the school where I work used to hatch out eggs in the spring and she’d always recruit me to help with the birthing . One year it was turkeys and this poor little guy was partly out of his egg but the membrane had dried to him and he was stuck. I had to get him out of the egg while trying to get the membrane off, too (it was dry-glued over his eye!). But we managed with damp paper towels, a pair of pocket knife tweezers, and lots of patience .

It's slowly coming away but now i have an oily chick

Any ideas how to clean it up/ if I should bother?
