Heat lamp for chicks in 85 degree weather?

Hi all! Just wanted some opinions. Do my three week old chicks need a heat lamp in 85 degree weather? They are in my garage and it is quite warm in there.

If it’s 85 in there then no. They do not need it

At 3 weeks they should be close to coming off heat anyhow, in warm or temperate climates, so you're good to take them off.

No, I have heard you start at 90-95 when they are born and reduce by 5 degrees each week. - so if they are at 85 degrees they should be ok.
