Heat light question

Hi!
We have had our chicks for almost 3 weeks now. 2 of them are 5 weeks old and 4 of them are are 8 weeks old. We never had a temp gauge in the brooder, I just watched them and they always seemed comfortable. Well, they still seem comfortable. They still like to sit near the end with the light and other times at the other end. They are indoors still and my house is generally 65-70 degrees. Should i be taking the light out at this point? We are planning on moving them outside in the next week or two.

My 5 week old chicks spend their days in the coop now (weather is the 70's) and come inside (no light) for the night. Will start leaving them outside at night in a couple of weeks
