Heat source went out!!!

Just now, when i went to go check on the eggs that i have been incubating, I found the heat source (a heat lamp) has blown out or something. I touched the eggs and they are cold! I can't see why though my house is incredibly warm. Help! I need a quick heat source. like really quickly,thanks.
Should i give up on the eggs? I really do not want to. If info is needed they are indian runner eggs.

I meant that these were duck eggs, but thanks for the help! i will post this and hopefully get these eggs back on track!
