Heat stroke side effects? Pullet is dieing!!

I had young pullets that got heatstroke, I put them next to a fan and they gradually got better, had them over 3 years now no ill effects since.

Jfans can be good but if you take them away suddenly that aren't used to the heat and mor suptuble to heatstroke.that's what I heard I could be wrongs.
