Well, they are not distressed or frightened around the rooster fortunately. Then I hope they'll molt soonas to the original post, some hens have more fragile feathers. Bare back chickens bother people more than they do chickens. Watch her, is she distressed or frightened around the rooster, is she hiding? If not, no real need to worry about it.
They will molt in a couple months, and they will all look like that! Then they grow new feathers and look grand!
