I wanted to put this here since it might get read by more members. Plus it's also a good way to keep the flock in. Anyhow this is an article from a English Gardening Magazine. Sorry it's sideways but it came out with a larger print and easier to read this way. I have mentioned Hedge rows before as a mean of predator control. I intend to make a Hedge row with wild black berry bushes. I will first run a line of poultry wire and then allow the canes to grow up and around the wire. A fold over of about a foot should be enough to deter digging under though I expect nothing will get that close when things get real thick. At the risk of creating a lot of work for my self it may be easier to send by e-mail if you want to send me your address. There is a web site " www.hedgelaying.org.uk " If you'd rather try that. I haven't been there yet.
