HEEELLPP!! Emergency!!

I'm glad he is doing well. I just read the whole thread.
One thing I noticed is that no one suggested checking your other birds very very thoroughly!
So please check their skin, every little inch.
Check the new girlfriend too before introductions!
Goodluck!

Congratulations! What a happy ending! And caspernc that was the cutest post.

"What is ear juice? New to chicks." That's correct. You couldn't be expected to know what ear juice is, being new to chicks and all.

I got the chicken fever helping an organic farmer pick up eggs, and they are SSSOOOO diffferent. Like I said in another post I'm giving up Koi because my pond flooded out and I lost my fish. I can do the preditors in my area, its the problems. Well fish have some very serious problems that you can't take into the house, not when your fish are three feet long. But with chickens I get the gratification of taking care of something and they talk to you and EGGS! Best of all worlds;) So caught up with Peanut. I was kind of wondering if I wanted to do this but if Peanut survived all this (without ear juice:lol:)) I think I can do this!

I have a lot of fish and I'm giving them up as well. Too many issues. Chickens are much more fun, have more personality, you can cuddle with them and nurse them back to health if they're sick. I hear that ear juice is like the miracle cure for chickens so if you just stock up on that, you'll be just fine
