You know that orloff rooster you gave me? well we call him ice cream Sunday because of his coloring. I also learned something cute.

If I pet or scratch him on the back at the base of his tail, he will remain laying but his butt with rise up in the air into my hand like a cat's does. It is adorable!

did you know he does this? my other chickens don't do it, but he loves it!

How do I always end up with the weird animals?

I already have a horse that follows me around, walking backwards so i'll scratch her rump and the top of her tail.

my dog backs up to my foot to rub his back end on me.

I guess i'm the designated rump scratcher around here​
