How high can the roosts be when you clip the wings. I have a Silver Sebright that decided to fly out of the coop, and when we finally caught her, we clipped her wing. Would the height of the roost have to be significantly lower?

    Thanks for any help!

My first year with RIR, It was suggested I clip thier wings as well. ( a practice I dont do anymore for personal reasons) However, thier roost at that time was about 4 1/2 feet from the ground, and they had no problem getting on it. Hope this helps.
