Whats wrong with this peahen plzzz help meeee

That is the "I need to lay an egg" posture. Hopefully she has not been this way for very long, usually they only stand/walk like that for 1 day and then they lay their egg, it can sometimes take longer and they will look like that for as long as 3 days. Make sure you offer extra calcium in the form of crushed oyster shells or egg shells, and keep an eye on her, if she hasn't passed the egg in a day or 2 or she suddenly seems unable to walk you may be dealing with egg binding, you should read up on that condition just in case. Calcium gluconate liquid is good to have on hand just incase, it can be found online or at TSC stores and can be given orally. Good luck with her and look for that egg!

Thank you.
I have a powder composition of vitamin A ,E,B1,B6
PANTOTHENATE DE CALCIUM
FOLIQUE ACID
NICOTINAMIDE

is that good for her?

Thank you.

It looks like Pantothenate de calcium is a synthetic substance often recommended for acne treatment, if it was me I would try a naturally occurring calcium such as the egg shells or oyster shells.

I give her a crushed shell of egg
Then after an hour she lay an egg....
Thank you thank you so much for guiding me
I was very worried about it....now iam very happy.
Thank you And special thanks to BYC for providing us such a nice plateform.....

Wonderful! It sounds as though she was not egg bound and was just going through the normal laying cycle. During egg laying a hen's body uses a lot of calcium to create the shells for her eggs, I feed mine layer crumble which has added calcium and I also offer oyster shell and egg shell as extras if they want/need it.

I have a young hen that lays from the perch ... there is a drug against that?

Double shell eggs ... it would be nice! .... like the double hull tanker !

No need for drugs Dany12, just extra bedding under the perch to cushion their landing.

Although, double shells would be nice, but take forever to hatch. Chicks would need tiny little chisels to get out.

Guide me plz that
When the peahen sit on her egg
Or
I have to use the incubater?
