Hi everyone! I have lurked on this forum for a few months but finally decided to make an account. You all have a really nice community here and I'm excited to be a part of it.

I am a medical student currently living in Los Angeles, CA. I don't actually own chickens myself, but I do take care of geese! I help care for 17 Chinese geese that were dumped at a local park. I really love geese and hope to have enough land to raise my own one day.

Hello, chickens aren't required, just a love of poultry...geese are more than welcome (and ducks, guineas, quail, etc.) so make yourself at home here!

Kudos to you for helping to care for those poor geese! So many people who have never been around geese think they're all bad-tempered, aggressive birds. But, you have, no doubt, learned that's not true. Geese are incredible birds!
