I made a homemade incubator a couple years ago. Had never used it. But this year, with CoVID changing the education system, I decided to test it out and also share it live on YouTube using my GoPro. Feel free to watch. I know from candling that these 9 are not all going to hatch. I'm hoping for 4-6. Fingers crossed. (Wishing I had covered the ice tray with water in it ... Makes me nervous now.

Thanks all! Looks like we have at least a couple more coming. Based on the candling views, I'm not expecting much more than 4 or 5. But a couple of the eggs are pretty dark and were hard to tell. We shall see.

I bought the eggs on eBay and they were delivered. They were packaged very well. But still, the journey had to include quite a few bumps and temperature changes. And some may not even have been fertile. A bit of a crap-shoot, but I really wanted to let the kids see it.

These eggs were sent to me as French Black Copper Marans eggs. But they certainly don't look as expected. Any idea whether those lighter ones could possibly be FBCM chicks?
