Hi everyone, my name's Ed - I'm from Ireland. Brand new to chickens! We picked up two last Sunday and they're happily settling into the new home we built for them. I'm not entirely sure what the breed is, the farmer we bought them off said they're Brown Hybrids - not overly informative

He also bred Black Rocks, so probably they are part that?

Very impressed with this community, it helped a lot while I was designing and building the coop - and with learning what to expect when the chickens arrived. Looking forward to sharing my chicken experiences with you all, and hearing all about yours.
