My pekin duckling is making a sort of cooing noise that I have never herd, my other ducklings are starting to quack but this is a totally different sound. It is acting normal, should I be concerned?

Ok, try capturing the video. Once you capture a video, upload it to Youtube, Vimeo, or a similar video platform, and them copy/paste the link here.
