Hey all!
I've had chickens all my life (literally, first batch of chicks at about 1), but recently we started raising quail which is a new thing entirely!
At this moment I have 8 lovely chickens, and 8 adorable quail chicks.
I have a mix of Sussex, Easter Egger, and a few unknowns. The quail are jumbo brown Coturnix.
I just love watching my chickens sun and sandbathe, we well as help us garden. The quail are just downright adorable. I love spending time hold them, feeding them and learning as much as possible about them!
I found BYC while searching for help with raising quail chicks and I found it too be insanely helpful. I'm sure I'll use BYC in the future for help with my chickens!
