Hello and help please.

Hello, i’m joining this forum mostly because I need help. We recently purchased a chicken coop, but we’re not planning on getting chicks until spring day before yesterday. My dog cornered a baby key in my backyard. She’s safe and warm and fed, but I’m worried that she’s going to be lonely and cold this winter and I don’t know how to return her to her family. Does anyone have any advice?
