as i said, im not a judge - and its very hard to do in pictures. this is baldwin's description of lemon blue hens:
FACE; dark mulberry. EYES; dark. BEAK; dark. SHANKS and TOES; leaden blue. plumage color is head - lemon. neckhancle; lustrous blue, each and every feather evenly laced with lemon. Front of neck and breast; slate blue, each and every feather evenly laced with lemon, free from lemon shafting. all other blumage selections; slate blue.
in the top picture she looks pretty good. the light colors now can be caused by a few things, they do fade some with age but hers is a little drastic. does she get a lot of sun?
