The best place to start learning about chickens (or other poultry), is in the Learning Center. There are articles there that cover about every aspect of poultry care. And what you can't find there or want clarification on can be asked on the Forums. There is a wealth of information here at BYC and now that you're a member, you'll have access to all of it!
