Hello, everybody

I am new to having backyard birds. A friend gave me 3 drakes because her hen/drake ratio was off and her poor hens were being overwhelmed. In a twist of fate, we added a hen of our own. We have since had to build a 2nd pen for her and her boyfriend to keep them comfy away from our other 2 drakes. Our ducks are hilarious to watch with all of their drama so far, but things are going well. Our hen has actually laid 3 eggs. Once that happened, I realized I should go ahead and join the BYC community as a member since I've been visiting the forums so much with so many questions lately. I'm very grateful for the all the info and tips I've already found. Thanks for having me!
