I'm new to raising chickens and so far it's certainly been fun. I'm three months in, I have 5 hens and one French Cuckoo Maran Rooster. Three hens are Isa Browns, One Orpington (Yellow) and one Cuckoo Maran Hen. They are doing great and love parading around my yard all day together. the rooster is docile and actually cries when one of the girls steal a live bug or grub from his beak. It's great...I need to film that one day!!

I do have a question already that involves the addition of a possible singular duck...a mallard duck. I'll explaining in a separate post :)
