Hello everyone- so glad to be here with you!

I am new to chickens wirh my now 17 week old flock of 11. I thought i got 1 rooster and 10 hens, but i think i have 3 or possibly even 5 roosters. A flashlight eary in the mornings with their new crowing will hopefully tell. I have 1 Maran Rooster, 5 Maran hens, and 5 Copperlaced Wyandottes, at least 2 of which are now crowing!
Moved from Vermont to Florida 4 years ago onto 7.5 acres with a chicken coop just waiting for me! I've known i was going to raise chickens one day since I was a little girl living with my uncle on his chicken farm in Vermont. I look forward to learning alot from all of you sharing your knowledge and experiences. I know that I have laughed alot the last 2 months watching their antics and interactions...better than any therapy so they are already earning their very expensive organic food...So glad this site came up in my Google aearch.

Post individual, clear, full body pictures of each suspected cockerel and we will let you know what the gender is. At 17 weeks it's very easy to tell them apart.
