Hi guys!

I'm a first time backyard chicken momma with 3 young chicks ♡ Currently situated in Gainesville, FL on a small "house-stead" that wishes to be a homestead despite the neighborhood vibes I have always wanted to raise chickens, now with the start of my compost and getting my raised bed ready, I figure there's no better time Hoping to have lots of eggs and of course chicken manure

I have 3 chicks so far! Alma, Pearl, and Dolly. The last two are supposed to be female Sapphire Olive Eggers. Alma was pulled from the same bin, where there were 3 different breeds. I'm not sure that she is the same breed as her sisters. She has always been slightly larger and is developing a bit slower. Really hoping Alma is a girl, as she is the sweetest and loves to cuddle. Trying to figure her breed out currently lol.
