Hi Everyone,
Tomorrow I pick up my first 3 quails, two hens and a cock, named Patsy, Dolly and Kenny. I‘m really looking forward to it, but need to ask some really silly questions? I’ve researched and everything says they need grit or oyster shell available to help digestion? Do I mix it with their pellets or does it go in a separate dish?
Will it be ok if they go in their outside run during the day and then I bring them into the house at night to keep them safe in an inside enclosure?
Many thanks in advance!
