Welcome to BYC! I think your humidity was a bit high. I prefer 45% then 60% after pip. I would lower it now and be prepared to make safety hole for the one.

The breeder told me they were runners or some sort of hybrids! Suppose it'll be a surprise IF they hatch, I have written my issues above and praying they make it

Oh, that's cool Welsh Harlequins are a mix from runner ducks . If the air sacks are to small you probably needed to lower the humidity. But when they are ready to hatch you need to raise the humidity. They need more humidity than chickens. Also just letting you know. If some don't make it (not saying they won't) just remember it might not be anything you did. Hatching is kinda tricky in general. Especially if it's your first time. But good luck, I'll be praying for ya.

Hello and welcome to BYC!

That is a bit of a small air cell, I've never hatched Ducks but have hatched Chickens and Quail. Ducks have big faces so I'm not sure if the air cell is large enough. You might post in our Duck forum for more help... https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/ducks.42/
