Hello fellow chicken folk! My son has 7 chickies and I want to help him care for them

I found one of his chickens in the middle of the yard soaked and all tucked into herself. Her eyes are closed. I took her in the house and warmed her against me then put her under a heat lamp. I offered food and water not interested. She's no longer all tucked in her feathers but her eyes are not open and she has a growth on her beak. She's walking around the cage she is in.
